d8ads Terms and Conditions

Specific terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

• Platform: The d8ads website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• User / Member: Any person who has registered an account on d8ads and is using the platform's services.

• In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, d8ads reserves the right to hold withdrawals until additional verification is completed.
• d8ads will not send funds to any third-party account or to a number different from the one used for the deposit.

The following specific terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on d8ads:

• Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. A 15x wagering requirement applies. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or device claim a bonus, both accounts will be closed.
• d8ads reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time. Notice will be given before changes take effect.
• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the bonus through re-registration will result in account closure.

d8ads is committed to maintaining fair play and a proper gaming environment.

• All game records are stored, and server logs will be treated as final evidence in the event of a dispute.
• The use of any bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week. An entry-level benefit for regular players.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% cashback per week. Promotion based on consistent activity.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week. The highest benefit tier for d8ads's top members.
• Decisions regarding VIP tier assignment and changes are made entirely at d8ads's discretion. The specific benefits at each tier are subject to change.
• Cashback is credited directly to the account and is generally withdrawable without any wagering requirement — however, specific promotions may have different terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d8ads platform. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently closed.

• Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to access another person's account without permission, or hacking.
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in the platform's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to make deposits or withdrawals using a third party's card or mobile account.

• d8ads reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation without providing a reason.
• If evidence of a Terms violation is found, the account will be permanently closed and any associated bonus funds will be voided.
• A user may request the closure of their account at any time. In such cases, any legitimate funds will be returned.
• Even after an account is closed, d8ads may retain certain personal data for a specified period as required by law.
